1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from blastlabs.store ("Blast Labs", "we", "us") you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and represent a qualified research entity, accredited laboratory, or authorized researcher. By placing an order you represent that you are legally permitted to receive research-use chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Research Use Only

All Blast Labs products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease. Products are not dietary supplements, cosmetics, or drugs. You agree to use them only in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, supply constraints, or pricing errors. Orders may be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement by emailing blastlabsco@gmail.com with the order number.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise indicated. We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, ACH for U.S. institutional orders, and select cryptocurrencies. Payment is processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers; Blast Labs never sees or stores full card numbers. Canadian orders include GST/HST as required by province of delivery. International orders ship duty-unpaid; the buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties.

6. Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility, subject to the carrier-loss provisions in that policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Quality and COAs

Every batch is independently verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published on each product page. While we publish purity, identity, and endotoxin results, no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement is made beyond what is expressly stated on the COA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blast Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use any product or this website. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blast Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from (a) your use or misuse of any product, (b) your violation of these Terms or any law, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, and the underlying code — is the property of Blast Labs or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is required to fulfill your order and meet regulatory record-keeping. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third-party marketers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date below. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
