Shipping policy
Dispatch and Tracking
In-stock orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays go out the next business morning. You will receive a tracking link by email at the moment of dispatch.
Destinations
We ship across Canada, the continental United States, and select international destinations. International orders are shipped with calculated rates and may be subject to local import duties at the buyer's expense.
Rates
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD. Smaller orders ship at standard tier rates calculated at checkout.
- United States: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International: Calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties.
Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit windows. For express and international orders, we use insulated mailers and gel packs to maintain a stable handling temperature throughout transit.
Discreet Packaging
Outer packaging carries no peptide branding, no compound names, and no indication of contents. The return label uses a generic logistics identifier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Reach out to blastlabsco@gmail.com within 14 days of the original dispatch and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we re-ship at no cost or refund the order in full.
Damaged or Compromised Items
Photograph the packaging and the vial as received and email blastlabsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue — typically through a replacement on the next available shipment.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer; in such cases, re-shipment is at the buyer's expense.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility, subject to the carrier-loss provisions above.
