01HOW DO I ORDER ?
Visit our Catalog, select the peptides you need, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and choose your payment method. We keep it simple and direct — no account required for guest checkout.
02DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
No. Guest checkout is supported on every order. Creating an account lets you re-access COAs, reorder past protocols, and track shipments from a single dashboard.
03CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement, before the dispatch queue locks. Email blastlabsco@gmail.com with your order number to request a change.
04IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
There is no minimum. Canadian orders over $200 CAD ship free; smaller orders ship at standard tier rates.

01WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship orders quickly and discreetly. Delivery times depend on your location and the tier selected at checkout. Every package leaves our facility with a tracking number you can follow end-to-end.
02HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-stock orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed afterward go out the next business morning. You will receive a tracking link by email at the moment of dispatch.
03DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently ship across Canada, the continental United States, and select international destinations. International orders are shipped with calculated rates and may be subject to local import duties at the buyer's expense.
04HOW ARE TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE ITEMS PACKAGED?
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit windows. For express and international orders, we use insulated mailers and gel packs to maintain a stable handling temperature throughout transit.
05WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELAYED?
Reach out within 14 days of the original dispatch and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we re-ship at no cost or refund the order in full.

RETURNS

Our policy on returns and how we resolve issues with your order.

01DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns. However, we will work with you directly to resolve any issues you may encounter to ensure your satisfaction. Reach out and we will find a solution that works.
02WHAT IF MY VIAL ARRIVES DAMAGED OR COMPROMISED?
Photograph the packaging and the vial as received and email blastlabsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we do not process returns, we will work with you to resolve the issue — typically through a replacement on the next available shipment.
03MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE — WHAT DO I DO?
Contact our team with your order number and a photo of what was received. We will review the discrepancy and make it right, whether that means dispatching the missing items or correcting the fulfillment.
04HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I REPORT AN ISSUE?
The sooner the better. Reporting within 7 days of delivery gives us the cleanest path to resolution and the strongest record with our carriers, but we will always do our best to help regardless of timing.

01ARE YOUR PEPTIDES LEGITIMATE?
Every product at Blast Labs is sourced and tested for quality. We don't cut corners — what you order is what you get. All compounds are independently verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry before release.
02WHERE ARE YOUR PEPTIDES SYNTHESIZED?
Our compounds are produced in GMP-aligned facilities and finished in Canada. Each batch carries an internal lot number that links to its synthesis and verification records.
03WHAT DOES THE CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) INCLUDE?
Every COA documents purity by HPLC (typically ≥99%), molecular weight confirmation by mass spec, endotoxin levels, appearance, and the batch identifier. COAs are downloadable from the product page or via the QR on each vial.
04HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCT AFTER IT ARRIVES?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable for months when frozen, or short-term refrigerated. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 45 days. Effectiveness may decrease over time, so use sooner rather than later. Specific stability windows vary by peptide — see the product page.
05ARE YOUR PRODUCTS APPROVED FOR HUMAN USE?
No. All Blast Labs products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any regulatory body for human consumption, diagnosis, or therapeutic use.

We accept multiple payment options to make checkout easy. Your transaction is secure and processed quickly through our payment partners.
02WHICH SPECIFIC METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac e-Transfer for Canadian customers, ACH for U.S. institutional orders, and select cryptocurrency options at checkout.
03IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
All card transactions are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Blast Labs never sees or stores your full card number — only a tokenized reference for fulfillment and refunds.
04DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Canadian orders include GST/HST as required by province of delivery. International orders ship duty-unpaid; the buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes.
05WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
Yes. A detailed receipt is emailed at the time of payment and a duplicate is available in your account dashboard for 24 months after the transaction date.

Yes. Outer packaging carries no peptide branding, no compound names, and no indication of contents. The return label uses a generic logistics identifier.
