Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns. Due to the sensitive, batch-tested nature of research peptides and the need to preserve cold-chain integrity, sealed and unsealed vials cannot be re-introduced into inventory.
However, we work with you directly to resolve any issues encountered with your order to ensure your satisfaction. Reach out and we will find a solution that works.
Damaged or Compromised Vials
Photograph the packaging and the vial as received and email blastlabsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we do not process returns, we will work with you to resolve the issue — typically through a replacement on the next available shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Contact our team with your order number and a photo of what was received. We will review the discrepancy and make it right, whether that means dispatching the missing items or correcting the fulfillment.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
See our Shipping Policy. Reach out within 14 days of the original dispatch and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we re-ship at no cost or refund the order in full.
Reporting Window
Report any issue within 7 days of delivery for the cleanest path to resolution and the strongest record with our carriers. We will always do our best to help regardless of timing, but the 7-day window gives us the most leverage with shipping providers.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement, before the dispatch queue locks. Email blastlabsco@gmail.com with your order number to request a change. Once the dispatch queue locks, the order is in fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Method and Timing
Where a refund is the agreed resolution (e.g., a confirmed lost package or fulfillment error that cannot be corrected), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days; e-Transfer and ACH refunds are processed within 3 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original asset at the time of refund — exchange-rate variance is not credited.
